The RUBIKA School has signed a new partnership with the Analysis Institute of Management (AIM) of Mauritius in 2021, in order to allow talents from the Indian Ocean to integrate a sector of the future which is the realization of a 2D-3D film.
The Animation course will open at the beginning of the next school year (September 2022)!
AIM (Analysis Institute of Management) has been coordinating since 2006 Master programs in Mauritius, in collaboration with Paris-Dauphine University and IAE Paris-Sorbonne Business School.
The 3-year program (2 years in Mauritius and 1 year on the Montreal campus) will allow young Mauritian talents to make a career in the biggest animation studios in Montreal.
Eventually, some will return to the Indian Ocean to create their own studio. And among others:
1. To make Mauritius an international production center for animation where outsourcing is among the best in the world.
2. To enhance entrepreneurship in the animation sector as future graduates will have all the tools and knowledge required to create studios or agencies to international standards.
3. To create a project that will provide jobs for young people.
The first cohort will be composed of 15 to 20 students who will be supervised by a dozen passionate teachers.
